Helped investor bought this great home in Lake community Auburn Bay. The listing was priced well, two of my investors asked for viewing on the first day. I told the other buyer after showing that if she is not ready to complete with above asking price offer, she might just have to wait for the next property. It turned out there were completing offers, buyer listened to my suggestions after years of dealing with multi-offer situation. They got their parent a future retirement home.
