Sometimes it is hard to sell a property if seller bought it at a higher than regular houses' price in the neighborhood. My seller put extra $50,000 for the walkout with green space lot back in 2007 and they are not going to give it away. As listing agent, you can only take the fact and try your best.


It was not an easy sale although the house can keep good value because of the unique good features it offers. After so many open houses, showings, eventually I had it sold with God's huge blessing!
